Since 1998, Matt Jordan has been designing strength and conditioning programs for high performance athletes.  During this time his programs have been sought after by some of the World’s best amateur athletes.  His strength training programs have helped produce many World and Olympic medalists and have also helped many aspiring athletes reach new levels of performance.

Matt’s strength program design is based on current research from the world of strength and conditioning and also on his years of experience working in the field.  For elite athletes and professionals all strength program design is done an individualized basis.  Program design begins with an athlete interview and then extensive physiological testing to determine the athlete’s strength and weaknesses.  The training program also includes regular program revision, monitoring and testing. 


In addition, Calgary based athletes can receive a personal one-on-one or a small group training environment.  Athletes training abroad are encouraged to attend at least one session per month at the beginning of the new  training phase.
