Designed for the elite high performance athlete, this program includes comprehensive testing and a completely indivdiualized training program. All training sessions are done on a one-on-one basis and supervised by a qualified professional. Programs are re-designed on a three-week basis and your progress will be closely monitored to ensure you achieve your goals.
