This was the final lecture I gave to my University of Calgary Kinesiology Students through the COVID 19 social distancing time period. I gave a few words of encouragement at the start and then we got into how strength training can help build resilience against injuries and reinjuries. I respond to student comments throughout and cover a few of our research projects along with providing some practical information and tips. Thanks to the Strength Training Science 2020 class. You guys are the best.
